Underwater plasma
Towards a better society
Blue Dia's Thoughts
Pioneering the future with underwater plasma technology
We have discovered infinite possibilities in the most familiar resources, "water" and "air." Through underwater plasma technology developed through research at the Tokyo University of Science, we aim to tackle various challenges in the environment, agriculture, and industry, and realize a future in which people and the Earth live in harmony.
Challenges and Solutions

Preventing the complete automation of plant factories
Algae growth and cleaning work
Algae growth has become a problem in plant factories, and manual removal work has hindered productivity improvement. Chemical treatment is costly and has a high environmental impact, so sustainable solutions have been sought.
Automatic algae control with plasma technology
By applying a voltage to water and air to generate plasma, "plasma functional water" containing active ingredients that suppress the growth of algae is produced. This functional water autonomously creates an anti-algae environment, contributing to the realization of labor-saving cleaning work, chemical-free operation, and smart agriculture.
Technology Platform
The functional water of the future, made from water and air
Blue Dia's technology utilizes underwater plasma, which has three advantages: high reactivity, low-temperature activity control, and flexibility in reaction design, making it applicable to the agricultural, environmental, and material fields. By converting water and air into plasma using electrical power and freely generating useful radicals and molecules, Blue Deer has made it possible to develop functional water that is chemical-free, recycled, and has a low environmental impact.
